Lisa is an engaged and inspiring business and leadership coach whose purpose is to ask people questions that they don’t dare to ask themselves and empower them to connect with their true self. She supports individuals to understand their value, their behaviours and how they impact their people and business.
Being from Canada, Lisa has a diverse professional background having lived and worked in five different countries. She is an experienced leader from the automotive industry as well as business coach, facilitator and change catalyst.
Her true passion lies in researching the true essence of trust in relationships, and to support teams and organisations to understand how they can break trust down and collaborate together on a whole other level.
We will focus on the total concept of trust starting with self-trust and self-leadership to increase your self-awareness about the role that trust has in your life and leadership.
We will deep-dive into the challenges you see both personally and professionally and which behaviours you want to tackle where trust, courage and physiological safety are essential.
From the platform of trust that we create in Module 1, we will focus on your approach to leading others and how your behaviours rolemodel the traits of a trustworthy leader.
We will connect you to your strengths in leading yourself and others in the uncertainties that we live in, as well as support you in understanding the impacts of leading in constant change.
We will provide you with methods, tools and exercises to dare to experiment more in your leadership, receive feedback and feel safe in those behaviours which challenge you the most.
Module 3 will connect your experience and reflections from module 1 & 2 to give your commitment to your leadership and personal development purpose and clarity.
You will connect to your truths, as well as other truths and perspectives that you dare to take in. You will summarise your key learnings and plan your next steps together with your program colleagues and coach.
